Refund & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at BRAMUEL SALE LLC. We hope you love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy to make sure you're happy with your order.
Please review the details of our refund and exchange process below:
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed.
- The item must have all original tags and packaging intact.
- The return or exchange must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
2. How to Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping Fees: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item(s) are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Non-refundable Shipping Fees: The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and if you are returning items as part of a partial return, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s) if they are lost in transit.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund once we have received your return.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s), excluding original shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected] to initiate the exchange. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process the exchange and ship the new item(s) to you. The shipping cost for the new item(s) will be your responsibility.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
Please send us photos of the damaged or defective items along with your order number to help us process the issue faster.
7. Final Sale Items
Certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, such as:
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
- Intimate wear, such as lingerie, swimwear, and bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
8. International Returns
For international customers, the return process is the same as for domestic returns. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs fees or taxes incurred during the return process are your responsibility.
